Our Story

SBR's origins trace back to when founder Ruth Armistead graduated with an MBA in International Business and Management from Kennesaw State College. After a cross-state move, Ruth spent the next 15 years managing a top-ranked salon and spa in the Midlands under Tracey Osborne's leadership. Later diverging on solo journeys as licensed estheticians, Ruth established Skin & Brows Redefined and immediately invited Tracey to join as Lead Esthetician. What began as a two-person crew quickly extended to include the support of Madison Rhett and has since grown into a 12-woman-strong team within just four years.

Today, Skin & Brows Redefined thrives in a 3,600 sq ft facility and offers a full range of services using state-of-the-art equipment and elite skincare products such as Obagi, Skinbetter Science, Epionce, Hydrinity, Dolce Dew, Face Reality, Colorescience, and their latest addition, Epicutis. Even more, SBR has become a known hub for advanced skincare and permanent makeup training. This is achieved through collaborations with expert partners, including NPs Amy Loper and Ryan Baker, and Medical Director Lindsay Crenshaw.
