Before booking an appointment, please check out all of the information below so you know what to expect before, during, and after your appointment.

THINGS TO KNOW
SERVICE FORMS
As a med-spa, we value your safety, and one way that we ensure it is to have you complete forms specific to the service you are receiving. Please complete all digital forms prior to your arrival. Contact us directly, should you have any issues. If you have not completed your forms prior to your appointment, this may take up valuable time from your service. Should you need assistance, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and notify our Spa Coordinator of your needs, immediately upon arrival.
CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Please make alternative arrangements for children before your appointment. We ask that only those receiving services (including children and those who may be supervising your children) come with you to your appointment.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all bookings to protect our service providers. We respect your investment, just as you respect our time, so deposits can be shifted to another appointment, with a notice of 48 hours or greater, as a one-time courtesy.
CANCELLATIONS
48 hours notice cancellation will allow your deposit to be shifted to another appointment (one-time courtesy). We can not accommodate emergencies or sicknesses as we are unable to fill last-minute cancellations. Same-day cancellations are considered a 'No Show' or 'Lack of Notice' appointments (refer to incurred charge below).

NO-SHOWS
'No Show' appointments will be charged the full amount of the service before the next appointment can be reserved. A 'lack of notice' or 'no show' appointment is considered anyone who does not notify our medical spa before 5 PM the day before the appointment reservation on the provider(s) schedule(s).

MEMBERSHIPS
If you are a membership or package holder with these service contents scheduled, we ask you to please continue to respect our cancellation policy. Any same day cancellations or no-shows will result in the redemption of the service from your package or membership.
