Before booking an appointment, please check out all of the information below so you know what to expect before, during, and after your appointment.

As a med-spa, we value your safetey, and one way that we ensure it is to have you complete forms specific to the service you are receiving. Please complete all digital forms prior to your arrival. Contact us directly, should you have any issues. If you have not completed your forms prior to your appointment, this may take up valuable time from your service. Should you need assistance, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and notify our Spa Coordinator of your needs, immediately upon arrival.

Please make alternative arrangements for children before your appointment. We ask that only those receiving services (including children and those who may be supervising your children) come with you to your appointment. 

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all bookings to protect our service providers. We respect your investment, just as you respect our time, so deposits can be shifted to another appointment as a one-time courtesy, with a notice of 72 hours or greater. 

72 hours notice cancellation will allow your deposit to be shifted to another appointment (one-time courtesy). We can not accommodate emergencies or sicknesses as we are unable to fill last-minute cancellations. 'No Show' appointments will be charged the full amount of the service before the next appointment can be reserved.
